Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, the colleagues at 31 Pride Stores sold paper angels to their loyal customers to support Brightside for Families and Children. This year was the most successful year for this longstanding tradition.
Marsha Del Monte, President of Pride Stores, presented a check for $7,500 to Mark Paglia, Director of Brightside and Traci Heath, Philanthropy Officer of Mercy Medical Center. Jill Ramsdell, Manager of the Pride Store at 1247 Riverdale Road, West Springfield, along with her team members, sold the most angels and were presented with a plaque and treated to pizza.
This gift will support the hundreds of families and children served by Brightside with in-home counseling and family support.
